Rejected schedule line items should show price at item level and should not be calculated at header level

This is standard behaviour; in a SO if the rejection is at the item level then the net value of that item will be ZERO but if the rejection is set at the schedule line/size level then the net value for that particular schedule line/size will appear as zero.

Since, the rejected items be at item level/size level shouldn't be billed, the net value is zero

There's no setting at the rejection code level to change the way pricing takes place.
